If an item happens to be out of stock, this will be indicated on the website and delivery may be delayed. If your item cannot be delivered within 7 working days, we will inform you via email.

If the product is faulty in any way or has been damaged in delivery please inform us within 48 hours of receipt by calling +44 (0)20 8299 2524 or by emailing returns@karavan.co.uk. In this case a replacement will be offered. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases.
